Quilt Pattern Wildabon by Carolyn Friedlander

Wildabon, full of floral splendour, is Carolyn Friedlander’s pattern for hand sewing. Flower motifs are by Leah Duncan.

PATTERN:
• Sizes: 42” x 42” (wall, wholecloth), 60″ x 60″ (throw, block-based), 40″ x 60″ (throw, sampler block-based), 40” x 40” (baby, block-based) and 20” x 20” (pillow shams, pair).
• Fabrics: Pattern works well for fat-eighth sized (9″ x 22″) pieces for the applications.
• Technique: Primarily needle-turn appliqué, but raw-edge appliqué works as well.
• Level: intermediate.
