Our first market is just around the corner! We are going to Quilt Market 2023 (Tilkkumessut) in Mäntyharju on dates 30.6.-1.7., and hope to see as many of our current as well as future customers there!
What Is Tilkkumessut?
Quilt market Tilkkumessut was arranged in Mäntyharju, Finland, in 2022 for the first time and was able to boast over 900 visitors. This is huge for our small country and enormous for quilting, which compared to knitting is a tiny technique still.
For the second year in a row, thanks to EU funding, entry is free of charge.

From Helsinki where we are, this corresponds to a bit over two hours of driving.
When Is Tilkkumessut 2023?
Tilkkumessut is arranged over two days, Friday 30th June and Saturday 1st July.
Hours are 10-16 and 10-15 respectively.
The dates are perfect for a road trip during or right at the start of summer vacation, don’t you think?
